Breakdown of Fees
Therapy session
(within the community or home)
Therapy sessions are 45-60 minutes, depending on age and attention skills. Therapy sessions are individualised to meet the needs of your child. All sessions and activities are based on evidence-based practice.

Initial assessment
(by the hour)
Includes formal/informal assessment, based on need. Please be aware that assessment may not be completed within a one hour session and may need to continue over two sessions. Verbal feedback will be provided to highlight findings of the assessment and areas of need.

A brief summary is provided to highlight the findings of the assessment and areas of need. This is optional and is completed following the initial assessment.

Initial assessment and summary report
Includes case history and formal/informal assessment, based on need. Summary report is provided to explain assessment findings and recommendations, including areas of need.

Initial assessment and detailed report
Full assessment and detailed report, including assessment scores and findings, recommendations, provision required and outcomes/targets. This report can contribute towards an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

Meeting with other professionals
We believe in the importance of collaborative working and communication with those involved in your child's case to help your child reach their potential.

Summary report
This report is for existing clients only who may require a short report for onward referrals, sharing information with new professionals/education setting etc.

Travel fees (return journey)
We do not charge travel for sessions that take place within a 3-mile radius of where we are based (CM2 9FT). All sessions outside of this area will be charged at 0.45p per mile for a return journey from CM2 9FT.
